UNIMOB has a team of four professionals: the principal investigator, a junior researcher contracted in Catalonia, a researcher contracted in Andalusia, and a professional in scientific communication and knowledge transfer.
The project has an Advisory Board, made up of academics, activists, and politicians with personal experience as the first in their families to graduate from university, predominantly belonging to the Roma minority.
Professor at the University of Barcelona, Faculty of Education. For over two decades, Ábel has dedicated himself to social research, focusing his projects on educational and labour inequalities. With extensive experience in communication management, specializing in social and academic communication for research projects, social (educational, community, awareness-raising), interfaith, and intercultural dialogue.
